Payment should be made in advance; in Euro either by credit card or bank transfer (bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees).

4. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPACION TO THE CONFERENCE

75% cancellation costs are charged for cancellations before 15 October 2010. If you cancel your registration after this date, we charge 100% cancellation costs. It is possible to rectify a registration, at no cost, by changing the name of the participant.

There are hotels with preferential rates and conditions for EUROCITIES 2010 Zaragoza. Transport to and from the conference venue and breakfast are included in these special rates.

You will be asked for a REGISTRATION NUMBER and your EMAIL when booking to avail of these special rates and conditions, therefore you need to complete your registration first. Please note that if you make your own hotel reservation, we cannot guarantee transfers from the hotel to the conference venue and conference dinner.
